As our core business is Underfloor Heating we can concentrate on giving you the best Sales/Technical advice possible. Our purpose built 6000 sq ft Office and warehousing complex is staffed 6 days a week, fully equipped with the latest technology to help and support you when choosing your heating systems.
Whilst we are obviously an internet sales site, but you are more than welcome to come and visit us at our premises at any time or contact us by phone or email, you’ll find our support and service is second to none

Our aim is to make the purchase of our heating products as easy and stress-free as possible. We only supply the highest quality of products and leave the sales of heating products from dubious origins to others.
Remember it is likely that you will be burying the heating mat under your prize tiled or wooden floor so a manufacturer’s guarantee for the product itself is of little use if it fails. In all our years of trading WE HAVER NEVER EXPERIENCED A FAILURE DUE TO A MANUFACTURING FAULT IN ANY OF OUR HEATING ELEMENTS.
We are fully aware that installing Underfloor Heating is an important decision for our clients as such we strive to give our customer the best level of customer service and technical support required before, during and after purchase.
