Comfort New Build System is a heavy duty cable system designed to be installed in the floor during construction to provide primary or comfort heating.

This New Build cable system is the ideal solution for all new builds or where new floors are constructed e.g. conservatory. An invisible source of heat without the clutter of radiators and pipes

When used in conjunction with our Comfort Digital Thermostat and you control the room temperature to what suits you best.

The 7mm robust Cable system is designed to go into the construction of the floor to provide primary or comfort heating. It offers complete freedom in the location of furniture and internal room divisions and it is totally silent and maintenance free.

The system makes optimal use of the heat storage properties of the floor to promote even heat distribution, this ensures extremely comfortable and pleasant floor temperature.

The minimum installation thickness of the screed is 30mm excluding the tiles or floor finish or 65mm when laid directly onto insulation
